2.0       BIOGRAPHY

Zenorina Aloyce Swai is working as a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Food Science and Agro-processing at Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania. She is dedicated in Food Engineering and post-harvest Technologies. She is very much interested in imparting knowledge to others; her hobbies are reading spiritual books, practicing new ideas and concepts and follow healthy lifestyles.

Ms. Zenorina .Swai is a master’s student at Sokoine University of Agriculture pursuing Msc. Post-Harvest-Technology and Management. She holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania. She also worked with the Ministry of Agriculture as an Agriculture Officer in National Irrigation Commission (NIRC) ensuring Food security by helping farmers in Good agriculture Practices (GAP) as Agriculture Officer

Devote Extra time for volunteering activities in giving Nutritional Education (Lifestyle habits, eating health foods and physiotherapy) to people with Non Communicable Diseases(NCD) and Children with Special needs  ( Cerebral palsy, Autism, down syndrome)
